Carrole is not the oldest.......but is our "senior" employee! She
began with Ray when Ray first went into business (March 1974). She is one of our
"Executive Secretaries." She handles almost all of the correspondence and client
service details for Ray and his clients. She is also in charge of our Life Insurance
(Term, Universal, Variable, and Survivorship) and Disability Insurance. If you call in the
morning, it is her voice that greets you, "Raymond James. How may I help you?"
