Lillian is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University and began her career with Raymond James Financial Services in June 2005. She assures that all of our client's questions and requests are being addressed. Lillian is responsible for helping clients with any account information changes or updates, Client Access, and any money movement requests. She strives to provide strong administrative support to our clients.
Lillian and her husband, Kirk, live in the Baton Rouge area. In her leisure time she enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and cheering on the LSU Fighting Tigers.

A summa cum laude graduate from Harding University, Steele became affiliated with our office in 2009, specializing in the preparation of custom-built financial reports, as well as proactively resolving the needs of our clients. He has since earned the CERTFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional certification—an accomplishment less than seven hundred Louisiana advisors have achieved. He continues to serve our clients on every front, from plan development and analysis to plan implementation and monitoring, making him an invaluable player for our office team.
In his free time, Steele is inspired by a sense of adventure. He learned to fly before he could drive; has travelled throughout the US, China, Europe, and North Africa; even volunteered at an archaeology site in Israel! Steele loves exploring South Louisiana; studying quantum mechanics on the weekends; and volunteering for his local church.

Proud to be a third generation Financial Advisor, Micah joined our team in 2016 and his role at our branch includes relationship management, client reporting, as well as continued improvement of our technologies to better serve our clients. Micah has ensured we are able to serve our clients from anywhere in the world as he spends a portion of his time on the road for meetings as well as visiting his wife Emily’s hometown of Lennox Head, Australia. Micah and Emily are the proud parents of two awesome little Aussies – Freya (daughter) and Rome (son).
Out of the office Micah is passionate about staying healthy, active and developing skills he can pass on to the next generation. His free time is spent training martial arts (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Purple Belt), fishing, spearfishing, surfing, playing guitar and working on his archery skills.

Leah Morris | Financial Advisor leah.morris@raymondjames.com
Leah is a Financial Advisor, following in the footsteps of her father Chuck Morris and her grandfather Ray Morris. She holds a Master’s in Management from the Politecnico di Milano School of Management in Italy, which is ranked as one of the top twenty Universities in the world. Prior to earning her master’s degree, she graduated with a bachelor’s in Psychology and Italian Studies from Franklin University Switzerland. She is fluent in Italian, and has lived in Switzerland, Italy and the United Kingdom. Leah is an animal lover, and rescued her best friend Boudin, a Red Heeler from a local Baton Rouge shelter.

Boudin has been employee of the month at the Baton Rouge branch of Raymond James ever since he began his career in finance in 2018. He specializes in stocks and bones. He also encourages all clients to expand their chew toy portfolios.
